• Damaged or Defective Items: If your mug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

• Non-Refundable Items: Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged. Please ensure that you select your mug carefully.

• Cancellation: Since we begin processing your order immediately, cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed.
